Eligibility (summary):
- Indian citizen, aged 21 to 40 years as on the advertisement date
- Class VIII pass from a recognised school
- Ability to read and write Bengali (not required for Kalimpong)
- Valid LMV or HMV driving licence held for at least 3 years
- At least 3 years of driving experience, with documentary proof
- West Bengal permanent resident (local preference in some districts)
